The Poetic Heart Dream - Marianne Williamson

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be. Your playing small does not serve the world." (Marianne Williamson) https://tinyurl.com/y58ukh9g

HEART DREAM big!

Marianne urges us to not be afraid as we dream about our world, our life. Fear is one of the greatest roadblocks to making our dreams come true.

We fear that we're just not good enough to go for that new job. We fear that we're not smart enough to write that book. We fear that we're just not ......fill in the blank. We keep this blanket of fear around us and each day we curl it around us even more and it begins to become our skin. We need fear for it protects us from doing something new and daring.

Ah....but what if we peek out from that blanket and see that we could do just one little teeny weeny itsy bitsy thing towards our HEART DREAM. Just look at a website for new careers. Just think about a title for our book. Don't do anything yet...just see the possibility. Possibility...what an amazing word.

I love Marianne's line, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous....who are you not to be." I need to play huge, I need to rip off that blanket of fear so that you dear reader will believe you can as well. We all need to show each other that we can do something scary and run off the cliff and still survive.

We've been given this time to do that right here, right now. We have been given the time to be brave and to HEART DREAM.

My writing these little bloggets are my trying to be brave. Trying to not be small. It's easy not to write. It's scary to write. But my HEART DREAMS of sharing and inspiring.

What are you called to do bravely today?

Hugs. Be Safe. You Matter
